A variety of Fringe events in various locations in Old Town: art sessions, book readings, talks, live music, and history walks. If you are a business member and would like to host a fringe event - please get in touch and we will add it to the programme.

A community celebration with live music performances, workshops, food and drink stalls.

About the event
The Old Town Festival in Swindon has been a key part of the community calendar for over 20 years. Originally run by the Old Town Business Association, it was later taken on by a different committee, and then had a pause during COVID. Last year the Old Town Business Association revived the festival.
In 2025 we would like the festival to be a wider platform for local talent, artists, organisations and provide a bigger opportunity for the community to be engaged in the festival through workshops, events, sessions.

Old Town Festival kicks off their Big Weekend with a huge Family Fun Day at The Town Gardens from 12-5pm. Food and drink, live music and dance groups, circus skills all come together for this amazing revival of the festival.
