2) Pay for your SBC pitch fee (£37) through their website here

The Old Town Business Association is running 4 events per year
Christmas Festival 2024 - Sunday 24th November 2024
Old Town Festival 2025 - Family Fun Day at Town Gardens - TBC
Old Town Festival 2025 - Street Party on Wood Street - TBC
Street Food Festival 2025 - Sunday 31st August 2025

If you are booking a retail or crafting stall we have partnered with Mamas events, so you need to go to their site here
All stall holders need to pay pitch fee (variable) to the association and all food and drink stalls need a trading license fee from Swindon Borough Council (£37) per pitch for each event.
Only once both payments have been made, will businesses be able to trade at our events.
Stall size is minimum of 3m x 3m unless otherwise agreed with the committee.
Stall holders will need to provide their own marquees, heating and power.

Old Town business association members will be given priority over the pitches for 7 days before it will be opened up to non-Old Town businesses, if there are available pitches.
